the location was convenient. i walked to many attractions. the room had fresh towels delivered regularly (so useful after a long day!). the breakfast was rich with a diverse selection (i loved the decaf coffee options!).

the breakfast included gluten-free bread upon request, a really considerate service. housekeeping was prompt when i forgot the room sign. the reception staff printed new train tickets when our arrangements changed, quite helpful.

The hotel needs some updating. my room lacked a safe, wardrobe, and iron, which i found inconvenient.

THE room felt quite cramped. There was little space for luggage. A proper wardrobe would have been a welcome addition. I also noted that the air conditioning seemed ineffective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The limited airflow made the room stuffy.
